Guess who's back!

Hey everyone!

Sorry I haven't chatted in a while, I have been having a little break from things with the weather being so nasty and unfortunately I had a bad back for a few days last week as well.

After a little rest and some TLC from my 3 vet friends I am feeling much better now and my friend Katrina and I had a lesson in dressage this weekend.

It was a lovely sunny day and we decided to make the most of it by using the outdoor arena (which also meant I could say hi to all my chums in the next-door field at the same time). We were practicing circles and encouraging me to be a bit more flexible - definitely could feel the muscles complaining a bit, I am definitely a bit out of practice!

My friend Fiona also popped up to see me this week (I'm very popular you see) It was another very sunny day and we got to practise lots out in the sunshine

Overall though we had a good time in the sunshine and some very positive feedback from Marie Sian who looks after me and I am looking forward to my next lesson :D

Week 3: More training

Hi everyone!

I've had another busy week training with my buddies Carmen and Fiona. They even went out and bought me some lovely new pressies on the weekend, all in purple :)

But I have enjoyed some days out in the fields with my new friends, they are all very jealous of my swanky new head collar.

We got to go back out in the outdoor arena and practise some more dressage.  It is very distracting being in the ourdoor arena as I can see all of my horse friends and they want to come and play :)

Carmen also messed around with my tail...... I think she's jealous of my long hair :)

My friends are Vets and they work very long hours, so it is usually pretty dark by the time we get around to training.

I'm not really sure what Carmen is trying to do here, but it was fun. Maybe we can do some gymnastics :)

Anyway that's all for now folks :) Speak to you again soon :)

Week 2: Training time!

Hay everybody! I am loving my new home, the people who work here are so friendly and they make sure I have lots of hay and get to go outside and play in the fields with all of my new friends.  There are plenty of other horses here and it is so much fun running around the fields with them :)

So I've seen all three of my friends this week - Carmen, Katrina and Fiona and we have managed to get some training done.  We are hoping to compete in some competitions next year so we are getting the training in now. We got to train in the indoor school and the outdoor arena. I trained with Fiona first, we had to train late as Fiona was busy working very late on Monday.  It was dark but I was very brave.

We had a quick seflie, I do loves a selfie.

Wait......what?? Where did she go??

Who's that handsome chap?

Then on the weekend Carmen and Katrina came to see me and we got to train outside.  We did some dressage training and got to go over a couple of jumps.

Here we are getting ready to go out.

Even my new friend Bella came to check out what was going on :)

Here's a few photos of Katrina and I practising our dressage

Even my friends came along to see what was happening :)

Carmen and I then got to do some jumping

And after all that hard work I had to have a shower as I was a bit smelly and dirty. I did not like the temperature *must remember to complain to the manager about the service*

For me?? OOOOOOO TREAT!!

As it was really cold on the weekend I got to stand under the swanky solarium to dry off, It was lovely and warm.

And that's all for this week! The girls have gone shopping for nice new things for me, I can't wait to find out what they bought and tell you all about it :)

I would love to hear what people think about my blog.  If you would like to get in touch please leave a comment for me :)

Speak to you soon!

My first week in my new home :)

Hello everyone!

Well I have had a very busy week getting settled into my new home with my new horsey friends :)

My human buddies Carmen, Katrina and Fiona came to see me on the day I moved in.

And my lovely new human friend Emma put my mane into some very stylish plaits ready for my hair cut next week.  I think it looks quite good, I could be a model **Must add it to my list of future job opportunities**

But mostly I have been getting used to my new life in my very posh home. There are some very friendly horses next to me in my stable, I haven't learnt their names yet but they are very good at sharing their hay with me :) There are lots of other big horses here including my new friend William.

MMMMMMMM HAY!! My new human friend Emma says I have a very good appetite :)

On Friday it was Children In Need so all of the staff wore Pudsey ears to support the cause, it confused me a bit because I already have ears.......... But I wore them anyway. Carmen and Fiona wore them too, All for a good cause (and I looked the best) :)

Then Carmen and Fiona came to see me in the evening and it was time for business....TRAINING TIME! We all spent alot of time having fun, although we did wonder how little Fiona was going to get on my back. But it's OK, we found a step ladder.

SELFIE TIME!! I do like a selfie :)

I think Carmen loves me. It's OK, I loves her too :)

Then Carmen and I decided to do some jumping, after she'd finished hugging me. She's a big old softie. But I do love a hug.

YEY!!!!!! I LOVE JUMPING

And after all the excitement Carmen and Fiona went back to their human homes (not as posh as mine) And I went to sleep chatting away to my new buddies.

I am having so much fun in my new home and I can't wait to give you all an update next week.

See you soon!

Moving Day!

WOOOOHOOOOOO!! Today is moving day :) I am so excited to see my new stables.

I currently live with the directors of Budget Vets, but they are moving me to a nice posh place where I can play, exercise and train to be in competitions.  I am a very good event horse you see and I like winning lots of pretty rosettes :) I am very excited because I will still get to see all of my lovely friends everyday, but I will also get to make lots of new friends.

I will be training to compete with my three friends Katrina, Carmen and Fiona.  I've already introduced you to Katrina and Carmen, but keep your eyes peeled for my other friend Fiona as she will be making an appearance soon :)

So we all woke up nice and early and got ready for my move to my new stables.

Time for a couple of photos I got from my swanky camera :)

Bye bye old house :)

We arrived at my new stables and I had two new friend comes to greet me.... I'm not sure what kind of horse they are, but they are very small!

I was very excited to see my new home, there are so many new faces and everyone is very friendly :)

My stable is super amazeballs!! Look how posh it is!! :D

Anyway, I'm off to chat to my new neeeeeiiiiighbours. Speak to you soon :)
